Can a leased commercial building use solar?
It may be possible with the building owner’s agreement. Lease duration, roof access, system ownership and end-of-lease arrangements should be addressed before progressing.
How is a commercial system sized?
Design considers electricity demand across the day, usable roof area, structural suitability, connection limits and the project’s objectives. A larger array is not automatically a better fit.
